My name is Heather, my photography name "Takun" came from a nickname a friend gave me after my username, ~takuminanashi. I liked the name and it stuck. I enjoy drawing, nature, animals, & fantasy.
I am a down to earth person, I don't use super fancy equipment but I think I do a pretty good with the equipment I do have. Please take a look for yourself. My goal is to provide a fun laid back experience for anyone seasoned in front of the lens, and anyone new to the game. I mainly enjoy shooting in the outdoors since my indoor locations are currently limited.
I've started taking pictures in December 2004 when I started my stock gallery on ~takuminanashi-stock, and from there my interest for photographs has grown. I bought a Nikon D70 camera in December 2009. I use to work with a Kodak EasyShare CX6200 for the first 4 years of my pictures from 2004-2008, until I upgraded to a Canon Powershot A590 in February 2008. I use Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 for editing.
I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to anyone who favorites, comments, watches, or gives me a llama. I don't have time to thank each of you, so I figured a journal was the next best way to let you all know I appreciate it. Thanks!
